- •Internships or initial professional experience in strategy consulting or strategically oriented role
- •Strong interest in emerging technologies and understanding of business strategy implications
- •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- •Confidence in client-facing situations
- •Strong communication abilities
- •Clear and effective communication in French/German and English

- •Structure platform product catalogs and define interfaces
- •Establish SRE and DevOps practices for platform operations
- •Analyze make-or-buy scenarios and evaluate providers
- •Design near/offshore delivery models and define SLAs and OLAs
- •Support transitions and governance, including service integration and performance reviews
