## Junior Commercial Development Manager (m/f/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Munich Office --- ##### JOIN OUR TEAM As **Junior Commercial Development Manager**, you will play a key role in bringing the Westwing world to life across the many inspiring Stores we plan to open. You will support assortment strategy execution, manage in-season portfolio changes, and drive seasonal planning. You will track pre-orders and pipeline products to ensure accurate demand forecasting. Additionally, you will coordinate commercial initiatives like Sales Campaigns working closely with different stakeholders. Finally, you will contribute to data-driven decisions through reporting and dashboard maintenance. This position is **unlimited** and based in **Munich**. ##### WHAT YOU'LL DO * support the development and execute store assortment strategies for our Stores * active In-Season management & tracking of the product portfolio by reacting to global assortment changes and driving in-season optimisation * drive implementation of commercial initiatives like Sales Campaigns and Mega Days * forecast demand and track pre-orders at store and product level to identify risks and improve planning * support the development and maintenance of tools and processes to manage complexity, improve scalability, and ensure accurate, up-to-date data * contribute to business intelligence by supporting dashboards and reporting for data-driven decisions, as well as conducting Competitor Analysis ##### YOU COME WITH * Bachelor's or ideally master’s degree in the field of business administration, communication, retail business or related fields * first experience in the Retail industry or a related field * strong analytical and MS Office Skills (specially Excel & Power Point) * hands-on mentality, quick understanding and a structured reliable way of working * very good written and spoken language skills in both German & English, as well as excellent communication skills * passion for home & living and a very good feeling for products & trends ##### WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
