# **Your Role**
* Analyze (regional/segment\-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit\-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
* Drive adaptation of end\-to\-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization \& standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
* Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
* Define and execute the Cut\-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition
* Design and own test cases and conduct functional end\-to\-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
* Actively contribute to the roll\-in of assigned roll\-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub\-lead, also across SBUs/segments)
* Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training
# **Your Profile**
* 2\-5 years of relevant professional experience
* Good understanding of the end\-to\-end business processes for finance and procurement
* Knowledge of ERP\-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on FICO
* Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling
* Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders
* Conceptual, results\-oriented working style with an attention to detail Strong communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus
