- •Generate Sales Force Effectiveness reports and dashboards
- •Analyze data to identify market trends and improvements
- •Monitor SFE KPIs to ensure timely follow-ups
- •Optimize CRM tools and incentive compensation tracking
- •Support Account Plan implementation and MBO tracking
- •Implement HCP targeting and segmentation into the CRM
- •Perform data quality checks and system adjustments
- •Prepare monthly local and international sales reports
- •Develop sales performance forecasts and business metrics
- •Manage pharmacy requests and registration processes
- •Review and follow up on order tools
- •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
