# Junior Brand Manager Early Childhood Food

**Position Summary**
As a **Junior Brand Manager Early Childhood Food**, you will be responsible for driving market share gains for Nestlé and Yogolino franchises, unlocking efficiencies at the EUR level.
**A Day in the Life of a Junior Brand Manager Early Childhood Food**
* Recommend a holistic Brand Plan for Nestlé Baby Foods (Infant Cereals, Healthy Snacks, Meals&Drinks) and Yogolino (Milkies) along the ICP cycle, aligned with Category ICP (Integrated Commercial Planning)
* Manage and execute all ECF I&R projects in constant collaboration with Key Account Managers, Business Unit, Category Commercial Manager, Demand and Supply Planning
* Develop marketing and communication material based on brand plan from selection to execution
* Deliver all retailer relevant materials, optimizing effectiveness of selected activities
* Track and analyze sales development, market shares, identify risks & opportunities, define action plans
* Define volumes for launches, ensure stock availability in close cooperation with Demand and Supply Planning and the event managers
**What will make you successful**
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* First Experience in product/brand management in FMCG
* Good interpersonal and management skills
* Good presentation skills
* Used to work in cross-functional teams
* Fluent in English and German is a must
