In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and testing electronic control units for the Spectrum launch vehicle, managing their lifecycle, and ensuring seamless integration and testing both in Germany and on the launch pad.

Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
  • •Good knowledge of circuit theory, electronics and signal processing
  • •Experience in E-CAD tools (Schematic & Layout Design), preferably Altium Designer
  • •Experience with the hardware design of embedded systems
  • •Experience with analogue circuitry such as solenoid drivers or DCDC Converters
  • •Hands On mentality
  • •Can-do attitude
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English
  • •Experience in Electronic Unit design
  • •Previous product ownership
  • •Experience in embedded software or digital design
  • •Experience with power electronics

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Design and test electronic control units
  • •Manage the lifecycle of the Avionics Control Unit
  • •Drive requirements definition and schematic capture for PCBs
  • •Verify layout and design of your products
  • •Oversee all interfaces from unit to system level integration
  • •Define procedures for automated end-of-line testing
  • •Plan and conduct vehicle integration and testing
  • •Maintain automated qualification and acceptance testing infrastructure
  • •Participate in defining Avionics architecture and technology roadmaps
  • •Contribute to the development of the next generation Avionics Control Unit
