Anforderungen
- •Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices
- •Good knowledge of SQL databases
- •Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts
- •Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc)
- •Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc)
- •Decent experience with information system troubleshooting
- •Highly motivated and self-sufficient
- •Strong customer service and communication skills
- •Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous
- •DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift
- •Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall)
- •Strong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes
- •Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- •Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- •Manage and configure application releases
- •Guide customers in application deployments and upgrades
- •Configure applications based on client requirements
- •Assist client application management teams with setup
- •Participate in technical discussions on infrastructure changes
- •Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
- •Liaise with product development teams as needed
- •Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
- •Track progress and manage risks for version upgrades
- •Provide regular status updates on upgrades
- •Collaborate with client project teams for successful upgrades
