Anforderungen
- •University degree in law or related fields
- •Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance or Legal, preferably with focus on competition law and/or Compliance Management Systems
- •Profound knowledge of EU competition law and related requirements
- •Strong writing, conceptual and methodological skills
- •Ability to work in a team and in a matrix organisation
- •Proficiency in German and English

- •Identify sources of antitrust compliance risk
- •Assess related risks and potential non-compliance areas
- •Review and document risk-based mitigating measures
- •Tailor policies and procedures to DBG's business model
- •Raise awareness of antitrust compliance within DBG
- •Prepare and conduct antitrust compliance training for employees
- •Serve as a subject matter expert on antitrust compliance
- •Prepare compliance reports and disclosures for senior management
- •Collaborate with group entities to minimize antitrust compliance risks
- •Work with Group Legal on antitrust compliance matters
