Anforderungen
- •University degree in finance/accounting or comparable training in accounting
- •0-2 years of experience in accounting, ideally in real estate, private equity, or audit
- •Basic understanding of HGB accounting principles, German corporate and tax law
- •Fluency in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
- •Good knowledge of MS Office
- •High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- •Client service and problem-avoiding-solving orientation

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain accounting records for legal entities in Datev or equivalent ERP system
- •Prepare and post journal entries with a focus on accuracy and compliance with HGB/IFRS
- •Reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts monthly
- •Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- •Assist in preparing financial statements under HGB
- •Prepare monthly or quarterly VAT files
- •Support external audit and tax filing processes
- •Analyze, validate, and upload financial data
- •Prepare Federal Bank statistical reports
- •Create ad hoc reports
- •Manage own deliveries and deadlines
- •Monitor payment transactions
- •Collaborate with property managers and clients to ensure accurate financial information
- •Maintain professional communication via Outlook
- •Communicate with stakeholders including banks and auditors
- •Develop proficiency in DATEV, Excel, and AI financial tools
- •Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- •Participate in improvement projects
