Anforderungen
- •High degree of autonomy and accountability

- •Collaborate with local IT teams to align IT strategy and project deliverables
- •Lead group-wide IT projects to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation
- •Monitor and report on the performance of local IT units, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- •Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among country IT teams
- •Implement governance frameworks for tracking progress and managing risks in transformation projects
- •Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective change management
- •Represent Group IT in cross-functional teams to integrate IT interests into business initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with group standards and relevant regulatory requirements
