Anforderungen
- •Tech background, software engineer or similar
- •3+ years of experience in IT support roles
- •Experience with Google Workspace administration, Slack, Jamf, MDM systems, ITSM tooling and processes, Microsoft (365, Intune, Azure)
- •Expertise trouble-shooting hardware with all 4 major operating systems
- •Strong hands-on technical experience with managing IT infrastructure
- •Knowledge of SaaS platform and user management
- •Fluency in English required, proficiency in German is an advantage

- •Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on remote work
- •Ensure smooth operation of IT and network equipment in Vienna HQ
- •Support compliance with frameworks like ISO27001 and ISO 22301
- •Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration of local IT and cloud environments
