Anforderungen

  • •Recognized IT education
  • •6+ years in IT with a focus on client engineering/management
  • •Deep Windows OS expertise
  • •Active Directory & Group Policy management
  • •Client management technologies (Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager)
  • •M365 & Office application deployment/support
  • •Update and patch management
  • •Scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • •Documentation & process standardization
  • •Experience with heterogeneous devices (mobile, scanners, tablets)
  • •Networking basics (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, FW)
  • •Fluent English language skills, German is nice to have

  • •Evolve standards and configuration baselines
  • •Lead transition to unified device management
  • •Develop updates, patching, and compliance strategies
  • •Manage full endpoint lifecycle from provisioning to retirement
  • •Automate deployments and configurations
  • •Conduct compliance checks and application distribution
  • •Provide 3rd-level support and perform root cause analysis
  • •Collaborate with Security, Network, Infrastructure, and Applications teams
  • •Evaluate new technologies for global endpoint applicability
  • •Ensure a secure and compliant global endpoint environment
