Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
- •Strong hands-on experience with network hardware and cabling standards
- •Experience with MDM and identity management platforms
- •Proficiency with macOS, Windows, and mobile device ecosystems
- •Basic scripting skills in Bash and/or PowerShell
- •Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
- •Experience managing AV/VC systems
- •Familiarity with asset management tools

- •Administer mobile device and access management
- •Ensure AV/VC systems, printers, and scanners operate smoothly

- •Administer company tools and licenses, including renewals and usage audits
- •Provide hands-on IT support and monitor systems daily
- •Develop scripts in Bash and PowerShell to automate provisioning and configuration
- •Coordinate packing and couriering of IT equipment across all locations
- •Handle storage, tracking, and movement of peripherals like monitors and adapters
- •Manage installation, labeling, and organization of network and IT cables
