We are convinced that you cannot do business without sustainability – and you cannot do sustainability without technology. ## Your Job **What you give your best for.** * Working towards ALDI’s net-zero target and supporting the global sustainability strategy * Collaborating with the product team to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories; bridging the communication between technical and non-technical requirements * Driving the collection, processing, management and interpretation of requirements in a manner that is understandable to stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge about sustainability and technology * Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution of work packages * Supporting the Product Owner in evaluating the product backlog priorities by ensuring the business requirements are represented * Designing innovative climate solutions through cross-functional teamwork and the continuous creation of product increments * Assuming responsibility for end-to-end processes of climate-related sustainability topics * Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency within the product team ## Your Profile **What you should have.** * At least three years of experience in IT, sustainability or a related field * Degree in IT, business informatics, sustainability or a comparable field * Strong analytical and strategic skills with experience in requirements engineering * Excellent communication skills in target-group-oriented contexts and good intercultural awareness * Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, user stories and use cases * Experience in agile team setups * Fluency in English * Courage to apply even if not all prerequisites are met – we highly value diverse experiences and perspectives **Desirable extras.** * Intercultural competences * Experience in GHG protocol, carbon accounting or CSRD ## Your Benefits **How we value your work.** * Partial mobile working within Germany and flexible working hours * State-of-the-art technologies * Attractive remuneration as well as holiday and Christmas bonuses * Future-oriented training and development * Modular onboarding and buddy * Corporate health management programme ## Your Tech Stack **What you work with, among other things.** * Sustainability, ESG or carbon accounting solutions * Salesforce * Jira * Confluence * Signavio * LeanIX * ServiceNow * M365 Travel: partial mobile working within Germany
