Anforderungen

•Higher education in IT engineering, telecommunication, or IT security, or relevant professional qualification
•Several years of experience in IT support (L1 or L2) in complex environments
•In-depth support knowledge of Windows 11, Office365, Entra, Intune, Teams, Citrix
•Ability to diagnose advanced issues involving hardware, infrastructure, and networks
•Proficiency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben

•Provide onsite IT support in Switzerland
•Manage WLSD tickets for local IT
•Liaise with users to understand and resolve issues
•Install new workstation computers and printers
•Configure hardware according to policies and user needs
•Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
•Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
•Assist in network configuration and maintenance
•Support global office network team with device setup
•Participate in remote configurations and migration projects
•Assist users with technical issues and provide training
•Maintain accurate records of corporate IT hardware inventory
•Ensure inventory documentation is up-to-date
