Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide onsite IT support in Switzerland
  • •Manage WLSD tickets for local IT
  • •Liaise with users to understand and resolve issues
  • •Install new workstation computers and printers
  • •Configure hardware according to policies and user needs
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • •Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
  • •Assist in network configuration and maintenance
  • •Support global office network team with device setup
  • •Participate in remote configurations and migration projects
  • •Assist users with technical issues
  • •Provide training on new systems and software
  • •Maintain accurate records of IT hardware inventory
  • •Ensure inventory documentation is up-to-date
