Working Student (m/f/d) IT Support & Hardware Management

Location: Mainz | Type: Part time | Remote: Onsite


Tasks

  • Hardware lifecycle management (deployment / maintenance / decommissioning)

  • Mobile Device Management via Intune

  • Client Hardware Handover, SWAPS & Returns

  • Service Request & Incident Management (IT Kiosk & ITSM Tool)

  • Maintenance of conferencing systems & meeting room equipment

  • Experience with Apple macOS (desirable)

Profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a degree programme in (business) computer science or a comparable field of study

  • Initial practical experience is an advantage, e.g. as part of a previous IT-technical vocational training programme or through internships/working student activities

  • Experienced handling of the MS Office package

  • Very good communication skills and the ability to express yourself professionally

  • Very good German and good English skills

  • Technical interest and hands-on mentality
