- •Completed studies in computer science or training in IT
- •Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- •High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
- •Strong service orientation and high quality awareness

- •Experience with identity and access management solutions or endpoint management solutions

- •Develop and enhance IT infrastructure and processes
- •Implement IT infrastructure projects for company growth
- •Create a centralized identification and authentication platform
- •Handle complex service requests for 1st and 2nd level support
