## IT Support Administrator (Microsoft 365 Specialist) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Munich,Berlin --- ##### Your mission Working as part of our talented corporate IT team, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support for our Microsoft 365 environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have a seamless and productive experience with Microsoft's suite of tools, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall health of our collaboration and communication systems. **This includes:** * **Microsoft 365 Support:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) * Troubleshoot user issues related to email, calendar, file sharing, collaboration, and communication within the M365 ecosystem * Assist with user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets * Monitor and maintain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability * **Device and Application Support:** * Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on various devices (laptops, desktops, mobile) * Assist with software installations, updates, and patches for Microsoft 365-related applications * Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on user devices * **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:** * Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Microsoft 365 processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides * Contribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with the IT team * Train users on new features and best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment ##### What you bring on the table * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role * Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting * Experience with Windows operating systems and common office productivity software * Microsoft 365 certification is a plus * Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, features, and administration tools * Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity, email delivery, and other common M365 issues * Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other relevant technologies * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms * Patience and empathy when working with users of varying technical proficiency * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
