Working as part of our talented corporate IT team, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support for our Microsoft 365 environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have a seamless and productive experience with Microsoft's suite of tools, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall health of our collaboration and communication systems.
**This includes:**
* **Microsoft 365 Support:**
* Provide first- and second-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

* Assist with user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets
