- •Experience translating digital strategy into measurable roadmaps and OKRs
- •Strong familiarity with agile, DevOps, or SRE
- •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT service delivery, IT management, or IT service management
- •Result-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- •Proven facilitation of cross-functional working groups
- •Team player with high social competence
- •Tooling and metrics know-how a plus: ServiceNow, Jira, APM/observability tools
