We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced **IT Service Manager** to take ownership of our core IT services and processes. In this key role you will ensure the availability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our essential IT services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and optimize core IT processes based on ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma
* Manage Service Desk operations (1st level support, hardware, inventory, PC setup)
* Oversee the full user lifecycle (access rights, onboarding, offboarding, role management)
* Coordinate IT service delivery across three locations
* Act as the key interface for third-party vendors, ensuring quality and compliance
* Track, analyze, and optimize IT service and application costs
* Select, implement, and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira)
* Drive process improvement and maintain clear documentation
* Support SaaS contract and license management, including payment workflows
