Anforderungen

•University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
•1+ year of professional experience in technical support or help desk roles
•Fluency in English (spoken and written)
•German language skills are a plus
•Solid understanding of Windows 11 and macOS
•Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and networking concepts
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•Customer-first mindset
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
•Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus

•Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT issues via the Service Desk hotline
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
•Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timeframes using the ticketing system
•Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams as needed
•Assist in ongoing IT projects and support initiatives
•Provision and maintain high-end end-user hardware
•Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver top-notch IT services
