- •Define and improve Target Operating Models for platforms
- •Align with stakeholders across business and IT architecture
- •Manage budgeting and cost for operations and competence center
- •Leverage near-shoring for cost efficiency
- •Own delivery for projects and small IT orders
- •Oversee risk management and governance exceptions
- •Track architectural debts and vulnerabilities
- •Focus on achieving optimal outcomes for internal clients
