Anforderungen

•Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable field
•Several years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects or key role in 2-3 rollout projects
•Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP and ideally certified in project management
•Experience in working with international teams and external implementation partners
•Open and trustworthy nature, strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality
•Confident communication in English, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead the IT delivery for SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce rollout
•Manage a hybrid business and IT rollout team
•Implement SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service sites
•Present innovative processes and functionalities to business units
•Identify gaps and guide the team to a successful GoLive
•Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams
•Plan data migration in collaboration with process teams
•Collaborate with parallel rollout teams and internal consultants
•Coordinate with stakeholders such as program and change management
•Report directly to program leadership
