- •7+ years of project management experience
- •Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid
- •Experience leading Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, or Commercial Operations process improvement
- •Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- •Strong analytical and process mapping skills
- •Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- •Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Experience with e-invoicing, customer self-service portals, or RPA
- •Understanding of master data governance, especially customer and pricing data
- •Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or Agile methodologies
- •Experience working in B2B services or hygiene/manufacturing industries
- •Structured, logical thinker who can work independently
- •Ability to manage ambiguity and lead teams through change
- •High attention to detail combined with a practical problem-solving mindset
