Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- •Experience in managing projects with budgets over 1m CHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
- •Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know-how
- •Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- •Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
- •Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how
- •Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction, empathy, and relationship management
- •Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders and negotiation skills
- •Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage

- •Support stakeholders in backlog prioritization
- •Conduct requirement engineering and align requirements with existing functionality

- •Ensure compliance with project governance, security policies, and data privacy regulations
- •Facilitate smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams
