Anforderungen

•Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar field
•At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP production planning and/or quality management modules
•Fluent English skills, German is a plus
•Sound knowledge of business processes in production and quality management
•Professional experience in IT/SAP project management
•Ability to partner and challenge business ideas and requirements
•Open, communicative, and solution-oriented personality in a multicultural environment
•Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment

•Lead projects within the SAP Production Application Team
•Drive successful delivery of projects and enhancements
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
•Deliver process improvements aligned with strategic goals
•Manage projects from requirements gathering to implementation
•Control project time, scope, and budget
•Clarify requirements with SAP and non-SAP technical teams
•Design integrated solutions for technical implementation
•Provide ongoing 3rd level technical support for SAP applications
•Take responsibility for various SAP applications in production and quality management
•Ensure professional and technical development of applications
•Support strategic alignment of the IT system landscape
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
•Ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to project goals
•Act as the main point of contact for communication among all parties
