Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field
- •Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within fund administration, transfer agency, fund operations or fund distribution
- •Understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS, AIFs, SICAVs and other collective investment schemes) and fund accounting principles
- •Experience in drafting epics and user stories and facilitating story mapping workshops
- •Experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies
- •Expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- •Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Swagger, Tableau or other BI tools)
- •Familiarity with automation solutions such as RPA, workflow engines and BPM tools
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Swiss Residency

- •Analyze and document operational processes
- •Map key business processes for funds and mandates
- •Evaluate investor onboarding and KYC procedures
- •Assess account opening and mandate lifecycle events
- •Identify bottlenecks and control gaps in current processes
- •Propose efficient solutions for process improvements
- •Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
- •Gather requirements for RPA, AI, and workflow automation
- •Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- •Monitor post-go-live activities and provide daily support
- •Conduct ad-hoc business analysis for new product launches
- •Assess impacts of distribution initiatives
- •Prepare training materials for change management
- •Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teams
