- •Manage IT/OT systems and ensure compliance with GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11
- •Maintain architecture, configuration, and asset documentation
- •Perform restoration testing and maintain validated backups for disaster recovery
- •Lead IT/OT scope in equipment installations and upgrades
- •Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation processes
- •Provide advanced troubleshooting for automation faults and network issues
- •Collaborate with Engineering, QC, and Maintenance to resolve problems
- •Author SOPs and validation documents
- •Support cross-functional initiatives and drive automation optimization
- •Facilitate digital transformation efforts
