Anforderungen

•High proficiency in English and German
•6+ years of experience in Information Technology
•Experience with Project Management methodologies
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
•Experience with Field Mobility solutions
•Experience with alarm receivers and receiving platforms
•Balance of experience in Infrastructure and Application areas
•Strong understanding of IT governance and strategy
•Ability to lead in changing environments

•Act as a strategic interface between IT and SOC Business
•Advise business partners on technology strategies
•Educate stakeholders about IT processes and capabilities
•Identify and resolve business issues across IT functions
•Manage budgets for IT and SOC initiatives
•Provide solutions for abstract and complex IT problems
•Share extensive SOC knowledge with the team
•Exhibit leadership qualities within assigned IT groups
•Implement the Global SOC Digital IT strategy
•Oversee cross-domain teams for effective operations
•Drive innovative IT solutions for the business
•Define and communicate project milestones and resource allocation
•Align business needs with technology solutions
•Communicate IT project costs, value, and risks to executives
•Lead the local SOC Digital IT team for support and development
•Drive the Cyber Security Program for the SOC
•Collaborate on business case development with SOC Digital IT SDO
•Ensure compliance with service documentation and guidelines
•Manage program and project initiatives effectively
•Track ROI for business initiatives
•Gather business requirements through meetings and sessions
•Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
•Document business requirements across technology areas
•Identify conflicts and synergies between technologies and business functions
•Ensure alignment with IT Organization and services
•Support users with installations and training
•Follow up on incidents processed by support teams
•Participate in the 24/7 support team
