**Job Description:**
The **Manager IT Infrastructure and Operations** reports directly to the Director Regional Digital Transformation and IT Europe with a dotted line to the Global Director Infrastructure & Operations.
The Manager IT Infrastructure and Operations ensures the stability and efficiency of the IT systems of Antech in Europe. This role involves leading a team and optimizing IT infrastructure performance and day to day IT Operations of service desk across Europe. Key responsibilities include maintaining high availability of IT services, managing data centers and networks, and implementing security and disaster recovery best practices. The manager also focuses on risk mitigation and continuous improvement to support the organization’s goals.
