## IT Business Analyst (80 -100%) ###### Permanent employee, Full or part-time · Schweiz --- ##### Your mission We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst who excels at researching, finding, and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, optimizing and documenting business process in a global manufacturing environment. You will contribute to the ongoing development of our business-critical systems including SAP, Microsoft CRM and Analytics platforms. * Analyse existing business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps, propose optimized, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. * Translate business needs into functional specifications and, support IT teams during the design, development, testing, and deployment. * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives and deliverables. * Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and user guides, support end-user trainings and enhancements adoption. * Ensure coordination with 3rd party suppliers on incidents and change management. ##### Your profile * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with exposure to SAP environments ideally in a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of business process and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio). * SAP and PMP certifications are a plus. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. * Fluent in English and German languages. ##### Our offer for you * Opportunities for professional development in a global manufacturing environment. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Flexible work arrangements. ##### Deine Aufgaben We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst who excels at researching, finding, and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges.
