# IT Architecture Security Expert (f/m/d) **What you’ll do** One of SAP’s strategic customers has initiated a transformation program, part of which is to consume their SAP landscape of 130 systems as enhanced private cloud model provided by SAP on RISE. To ensure the best level of service, a dedicated team has been set up within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services to work for this strategic client. The goal of this team is to operate the entire customer SAP landscape and drive innovation adoption. As an IT Architecture Security Expert, you are responsible to * Live and breathe the security culture of SAP ECS and our strategic customer * Take responsibility for customer specific security requirements and bring these to life * Manage the backlog, design/architect solutions, produce the customer security roadmap and work with respective providers to ensure on time, first time right implementation * Take a leading role in the risk management, compliance, audit and vulnerability management **What you bring** * Expert understanding of security risks, best practices and solutions for the following technical layers * Hyperscaler: Azure * Database HANA * Application: SAP platform security (ABAP, JAVA, WebDispatcher), SAP BTP, cloud connector etc * OS: SUSE, Windows, Kubernetes * Networking * Experience implementing and managing networks with micro partitioning * Practical experience establishing a certificate lifecycle management solution * Solid understanding of authentication and communication protocols * Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, placing their needs and preferences at the forefront. * Possesses exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, enabling effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. * Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to individuals without a technical background, displaying confidence and clarity. * One or more relevant security certifications * 10+ years in a security role being responsible for SAP applications and databases, OS and network. 5+ years architecting security solutions * Working in customer-facing roles, preferably to exec level **Meet your team** SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Product Engineering board area.
