Anforderungen

•Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
•Professional experience in SAP module support or consulting
•Strong expertise in SAP MM Purchasing; ideally complemented by SAP Ariba knowledge
•Analytical mindset combined with hands-on implementation skills
•Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
•Fluency in English (German is a plus)
•Experience in project management within IT environments
•3+ years of professional experience

Deine Aufgaben

•Manage and enhance the SAP MM Purchasing module
•Oversee SAP Ariba functionalities including SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Buying
•Ensure integration with other SAP modules and peripheral systems
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions for the Purchasing Excellence Team
•Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to resolve complex issues
•Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to quality standards
•Coordinate with internal and external partners for new requirements and incident management
•Lead sub-projects or manage small to medium-sized ERP procurement projects
•Facilitate workshops with business units and key users to optimize the procurement system
•Support the transition to S/4HANA for the purchasing department
