Anforderungen

  • •Degree in computer science, training in IT, or comparable qualification
  • •Experience in IT support level one and two
  • •Familiarity with Windows, ideally with Linux or MAC OS
  • •Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
  • •Good knowledge of M365 and Microsoft administrative portals
  • •Interest in new IT developments
  • •Basic maintenance capabilities on PC hardware
  • •Fluency in English and enjoyment of working in an international team
  • •High motivation and self-organization

  • •Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers
  • •Manage and support virtualization environments, especially Hyper-V
  • •Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune and Jamf
  • •Ensure the security and integrity of the company infrastructure
  • •Perform system hardening of ground control stations
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues for seamless connectivity
  • •Provide day-to-day helpdesk support for end-users
  • •Support and maintain Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
  • •Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users
