Anforderungen
- •Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience
- •Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage
- •Conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- •Genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset
- •Confident communication in the local language and business-fluent in English
