**Job Description/Preferred Qualifications**
* **Reporting to the Field IT Manager Europe:** You will oversee all IT systems at the Weilburg site.
* **Local Liaison:** Act as the local contact for internationally spread IT teams and our outsourcing partners.
* **IT Generalist:** Take end responsibility for maintaining a stable infrastructure that serves the local business community.
* **Hands-on Support:** Provide practical support for IT services that cannot be handled remotely.
* **End User Assistance:** Help end users follow the company's IT support processes.
* **Participation in International IT Projects:** Engage in international IT projects or act as Project Manager for local Weilburg projects.
* **Ad-hoc Travel:** Occasional travel may be required.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* **Educational Background:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within an international outsourced organization.
* **Data Center Techniques:** General knowledge of electricity, UPS, air-conditioning, racking, and cable patching.
* **Communication and Team Collaboration:** Your communication and teamwork skills, along with your flexibility, are key to your success in this role.
