Wir freuen uns auf dich! **DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:** * Ansprechpartner für IT-Fragen der Endnutzer * Betreuung, Unterhalt und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur * Bereitstellung von Arbeitsplätzen, Gerätemanagement und Durchführung von Benutzerschulungen * Selbständiges Planen, Terminieren, Testen und Umsetzen von neuen Lösungen * Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten * Administration von der Azure/Entra * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Sicherheitskonzepten ##### Dein Profil * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich IT. * Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich sammeln. * Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich System- und Netzwerktechnik. * Deine lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. * Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind hervorragend. * Du bist flexibel in deiner Arbeitsstruktur und kannst dich schnell an neue Herausforderungen anpassen. * Eine Microsoft-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil. * Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ##### Das erwartet dich bei uns Regeneration und Krafttanken ist uns wichtig. We look forward to meeting you! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Primary contact for end-user IT-related questions * Support, maintenance, and upkeep of the IT infrastructure * Workstation setup, device management, and user training * Independent planning, scheduling, testing, and implementation of new solutions * Contribution to and support of IT projects * Administration of Azure/Entra * Support in the implementation of security concepts ##### Your profile * You have completed vocational training or a degree in the field of IT. * You have already gained initial professional experience in the IT sector. * You possess solid knowledge in system and network technology. * You are known for your solution- and service-oriented, as well as independent way of working. * Your communication skills are excellent. * You are flexible in your work structure and can quickly adapt to new challenges. * A Microsoft certification is an advantage. * You have good German and English language skills. ##### This awaits you with us **Rest and recovery matter to us.** That’s why we offer 6 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home.
