**IPO Head** *As IPO Head, you’ll take the lead in shaping and scaling our International Project Organization. This means driving excellence in how we plan, execute, and support international projects across multiple countries and business areas. You’ll be the guardian of our delivery methodology, ensuring project consistency and high-quality execution — while staying ahead of risks, resources, and stakeholder needs.* **#yourmission** * **Project Portfolio Governance**: You’ll oversee and prioritize a single, transparent project portfolio across regions — from intake to selection and approval. * **Standardization**: You’ll define and maintain a standardized project lifecycle, using shared templates, tools, and governance checkpoints to drive consistency. * **Risk Management**: You’ll proactively identify and manage delivery risks — from regional constraints to compliance — and ensure escalation paths and contingency plans are in place. * **Delivery Methodology**: You’ll own and evolve our delivery methodology (Agile, Hybrid, Sure Step), ensuring it's well-integrated with our tool landscape (Azure DevOps, PM tools). * **Resource Planning**: You’ll manage cross-country project capacity, maintain a central talent bench, and optimize utilization across markets. * **Quality Assurance**: You’ll set the bar for project quality — from documentation to audits — ensuring all work aligns with GDPR and relevant standards. * **PMO Services**: You’ll lead centralized PMO operations, enabling effective time tracking, financial control, and reporting across international projects. * **Onboarding Support**: You’ll make sure every project kicks off smoothly, with roles and responsibilities clearly defined from the start. * **Stakeholder Communication**: You’ll keep communication flowing between regions and leadership, driving alignment through steering boards and project reviews. * **Continuous Improvement**: You’ll champion a learning culture — gathering insights, sharing best practices, and refining how we deliver projects globally. **#yoursuperpowers** * The ability to guide and mentor, build alignment across functions, and steer multiple teams toward shared goals. * A proven track record in leading large-scale, international, and multi-regional projects/teams. * A deep and structured understanding of project portfolio governance and delivery models. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills, especially at executive and cross-country levels. * Strong risk management instincts and the foresight to navigate geopolitical, compliance, and delivery challenges with confidence. **Bonus points if you also bring:** * Hands-on experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Sure Step methodologies — and the ability to choose what fits best. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps and advanced PM tools used for scaling delivery and performance. * A solid understanding of GDPR, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards that govern complex project landscapes. **#beternasuperpowers** We operate as one international team – and so are our benefits.
