•Experience in trademark field within international environment or law firm
•Familiarity with online databases and web-based IP Management System, ideally Memotech, or computer literacy for fast onboarding
•Excellent planning and organizational skills
•Flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Curiosity and agility with ability to work autonomously
•Excellent command of written and spoken English, good command of spoken French desirable

•Recommend actions to Senior Counsel based on search results
•Manage trademark and industrial design registration processes
•Develop protection strategies aligned with business plans
•Address objections from IP Authorities and negotiate agreements
•Monitor competitive trademark publications and file oppositions
•Draft legal documents and reports on moderately complex issues
•Update internal databases and create new records as needed
•Docket and monitor deadlines for trademark activities
•Assist with legal research on trademark laws and best practices
•Gather evidence of use, sales figures, and marketing materials
•Support trademark applications, oppositions, and litigations
•Assist IP Counsel in litigation activities
