## Job Description **Responsibilites:** * Technical IoT expert support of our sepioo® hard- and software products * Problem analysis, processing and follow-up of customer and partner requests * Reproduction of errors / customer specific use cases * Close cooperation with the development, devops and q&a team * Help building a support organization including tools, processes and people ## Qualifications **Education**: * HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field **Experience:** * 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hard- and/or software or in software development **Skills/Abilities:** * Programming skills (C#, Java, script languages) desirable * High degree of responsibility and ability to work in a team * Distinct ability to analyze and structured way of working * Independent solution-oriented work style and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills **Languages:** * Good English and German skills, both written and spoken ## Additional Information **We innovate.
