Anforderungen
- •Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier university or business school
- •3-6 years of relevant experience in energy/utilities, M&A/private equity, or consulting/advisory
- •Strong affinity for energy technologies and power markets
- •Expertise in complex financial modeling and valuation concepts
- •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly German, are advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the investment lifecycle from sourcing to execution
- •Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in energy infrastructure
- •Assist in transaction execution, including financial modeling and valuation analysis
- •Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee
- •Coordinate due diligence processes with external advisors and internal experts
- •Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating with sellers, partners, and lenders
- •Conduct market research to inform investment strategies
- •Lead add-on transactions for portfolio companies
- •Support refinancing and optimize debt capital structures
- •Drive active value creation processes for portfolio companies
- •Analyze key performance indicators to monitor asset developments
- •Maintain and enhance valuation models to track investment performance
- •Support strategic decision-making with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- •Manage legal agreements related to capital structure and business strategy
- •Develop periodic reports for investors, lenders, and investment committees
- •Manage relationships with industry partners and external service providers
- •Oversee liquidity planning and financial covenant control
