- •Prepare and present materials for the investment committee
- •Coordinate the investment process with internal stakeholders
- •Assist in structuring processes and negotiating transaction documents
- •Collaborate with the asset management team during post-closing handover
- •Contribute to the development of investment strategies for institutional clients
- •Fundraise for infrastructure equity products
- •Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes
- •Organize regular catch-up calls with key partners and external advisors
