Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field with strong GPA
- •At least 5 years of work experience in Private Equity Investing, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A
- •Proven track record of building relationships and managing foreign business executives and stakeholders
- •Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial concepts, financial modelling, business modelling, and valuation skills
- •Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
- •High level of curiosity, strong discipline, and attention to detail
- •Ability to integrate rapidly and work effectively in a global team
- •Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment with time-sensitive deliverables
- •Result-oriented, self-motivated, driven, and proactive
- •Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint

- •Negotiate transactions with potential acquisitions
- •Create investment conclusions and presentations for management
- •Liaise with legal and finance departments for M&A execution

- •Ensure M&A initiatives comply with legal regulations
- •Assist and mentor Analysts and Associates in M&A activities
