Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare company marketing documents through workshops with the client management team
- •Manage transaction processes with organized teamwork
- •Engage investors and buyers during roadshows
- •Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with advisors
- •Understand transaction structures and key elements of deal negotiation
- •Build sector expertise and promote the firm through research reports
- •Pitch for mandates and organize company events
- •Provide training and support to team members on transaction processes
- •Assist clients in assessing strategic options as a financial advisor
- •Advise shareholders on intrinsic valuation and prepare transaction materials
- •Assess potential partners and facilitate introductions and negotiations
