•Experience in contract logistics in a customer-facing role
•Experience in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities

•Deep understanding of Inventory Control and its financial and operational impacts

•Maximize site inventory processes and system performance
•Ensure care, custody, and control of customer inventory
•Maintain accuracy between physical inventory and customer records
•Utilize information technology systems effectively
•Provide documentation to support compliance requirements
•Plan and execute proactive and reactive cycle counts
•Develop and implement procedures to prevent inventory errors
•Validate controls and systems for inventory transactions
•Apply continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
•Drive compliance and on-time completion within budget
•Design and generate reports to track inventory accuracy
•Analyze shrink compliance and variance root cause trends
•Support operational team and customers with inventory issues
•Develop resource plans and budget for equipment needs
