- •Establish and manage the dispatch plan
- •Coordinate logistics activities effectively
- •Conduct regular inventory checks and adjustments
- •Control and verify invoices
- •Maintain, analyze, and report data
- •Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal procedures
- •Plan and manage spare parts supply according to production schedules
- •Maintain optimal inventory levels for just-in-time requirements
- •Oversee spare parts warehouses following company policies
- •Ensure safe storage and maintain a clean environment
- •Maintain and reconcile parts lists in SAP and MII
- •Support accurate consumption data and perform cycle counts
- •Collaborate with production teams to ensure material availability
- •Optimize MRP, order points, and quantities in SAP
- •Adhere to procedures for receiving and issuing parts
- •Keep accurate records of all inventory movements
- •Monitor quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing materials
- •Evaluate stock levels and initiate timely reorders
- •Verify received items and resolve discrepancies
- •Coordinate returns and overhauls with suppliers
