## YOUR TEAM
To support our Corporate Steering team, we are currently looking for an intern or working student. In your role you will gain valuable insights into the strategic collaboration between our German headquarters and our international subsidiaries. Our team acts as a central interface, aligning business priorities, facilitating cross-border communication, and supporting executive decision-making. We work across departments to ensure that our global operations are strategically coordinated and future-ready. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Supporting strategic coordination between entities through cross-functional collaboration
* Preparing executive briefings and insights to inform high-level decision-making
* Assisting in planning processes related to strategy, finance and organizational development
* Facilitating communication across international teams to ensure alignment
* Contributing to process improvements that enhance global governance and efficiency
* Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making
## WHO YOU ARE
* Enrolled student in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
* Sharp analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of dedication and adaptability, paired with a structured and self-reliant approach to work
* Basic understanding of agile software development methodologies, like Scrum or SAFe
* First experiences and interests in international business and intercultural collaboration
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus but not required
