Internship - Wafer Level Integration (m/f/d)

## Your new responsibilities
• Characterization of finished wafers and structures (e.g. electrical measurements of IV curves of high and low voltage MOSFETs on lab equipment)
• Characterization of structures on wafers during the production process (e.g. SEM inspection, microscope inspections,..) and related documentation
• Coordination, analysis and documentation of experiments in alignment with process engineers (e.g. diffusion processes and rapid thermal processing)
• Support in Reporting/Documentation
