## YOUR TEAM
We are looking for a motivated intern to join and support both our Recruiting and Talent Programs teams in their day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of recruitment and talent development activities while becoming a valued member of a team that is committed to providing flexible, service-oriented solutions. Our diverse and dynamic team consists of 15 passionate professionals, including experienced Recruiters and forward-thinking Talent Marketing Specialists. Together, we drive CARIAD’s mission to attract, engage, and onboard top talent — from students to full-time professionals.
## WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Support both the Recruiting and Talent Programs teams throughout the entire recruitment process
* Help craft, publish, and promote compelling job advertisements
* Support the team with the organization and implementation of our monthly onboarding event for new joiners
* Contribute actively to a variety of recruiting initiatives and strategic talent program projects
* Assist with university marketing activities — from communication to event planning — to help position CARIAD as an employer of choice for young professionals
* Support the strategic redesign and implementation of offboarding surveys for interns and working students
* Prepare impactful presentation slides and contribute to the strategic development of various Talent Programs projects
* Bring in your own ideas to improve processes and candidate communication, helping us to continuously optimize our hiring experience
## WHO YOU ARE
* Enrolled student in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology or similar
* Initial experience and passion for recruiting and the latest recruiting trends
* Open personality and talent for communication to build a trusting relationship with candidates and inspire them for CARIAD
* Passionate about finding the perfect match for our teams
* Strong in organizational skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
